Lejiend is building a business in public—not to make every decision look perfect, but to make the work visible, understandable and open to useful feedback.
Building in public means showing the systems behind the business while they are still taking shape. We will share what we are trying, why we chose it, what is already working and what still needs to be built.
Our first build note is about communication. As Lejiend develops classes, workshops and the wider human capability ecosystem, people need a simple way to follow the progress without depending on a social media algorithm to notice every update.
What works today
The first version is intentionally small. A reader can submit an email address and WhatsApp number through the form below, with clear consent for updates and promotional messages. FormSubmit delivers a structured notification to Lejiend's existing business inbox at tech@lejiend.com.
We have also integrated our email accounts so messages arriving through different addresses can be managed from one Outlook view. That gives the business a simpler place to review communication today and creates a clearer foundation for responsible automation later.
This gives us a working capture path before the larger email marketing automation is complete. It also gives every subscription a recognizable source and a recorded version of the permission the reader granted.
The system we are building towards
The next stage connects the inbox to an AI Agent Harness called Hermes. The planned Hermes Agent will identify subscription notifications, validate the expected details and maintain a consent-backed subscriber list. Approved records can then move into Sender.net for campaign delivery.
Because the email accounts are already brought together, Hermes can later help summarize the key information coming from different inboxes. The aim is to reduce the time spent checking accounts individually while keeping human review in control of what matters and what action should follow.
Email subscription workflow. FormSubmit sends a signup notification through integrated Zoho accounts in Outlook. The planned Hermes Agent Harness validates it, maintains the subscriber list and passes approved subscribers to Sender.net for progress updates, free classes and workshops below RM100.
Sender.net will be the campaign layer rather than the source of consent. Its role will be to deliver progress updates, invitations to free classes and occasional offers for practical workshops priced below RM100. The subscriber record and its permission should remain understandable before any promotion is sent.
Our marketing funnel plan—as of now
The communication system supports a simple commercial journey. We plan to begin with an accessible practical workshop below RM100, offer a RM300 next step to learners who want to go deeper, and then introduce the complete programme at its RM700 founding-year price. The intended future standard price for that complete programme is RM1,500.
Lejiend's current marketing funnel plan begins with a practical workshop below RM100, continues to a RM300 next-stage offer and leads to a complete programme at the RM700 founding-year price, with RM1,500 shown as the intended future standard price.
This is a working plan, not a claim about customer behaviour. Building it in public means we can show the current thinking, test whether each step creates enough value and revise the funnel when real evidence tells us something different.
What readers can expect
Show the real stage
We will distinguish what works today from what is still being designed, connected or tested.
Share useful decisions
Each update should explain the reason behind a choice—not merely announce that something changed.
Let feedback shape the build
Readers can follow the progress, spot gaps and tell us what would make the system more useful.
This is the first entry in the series. The workflow may become more sophisticated, but the standard will stay simple: describe the real stage, protect the permission people give us and use the channel to share something worth receiving.
